Work that
moved the needle.
Every case study here came from a real business with a real problem. Tom's section covers enterprise-scale BI work from global organisations. Monika's section covers brand identity, websites and digital campaigns for growing businesses.
All client identifiers confirmed with relevant parties. Commercially sensitive figures adjusted where required.
15 years of dashboards
that actually got used.
You don't need a 12-country BI platform? You might need to know which customers are actually profitable, where your team's time disappears, or why enquiries aren't becoming jobs. We bring the same analytical thinking used in larger organisations down to a scale an SME can actually use. Three case studies below.
One dashboard.
Any subsidiary. Plug in and go.
Global modular BI architecture — built once, deployed across subsidiaries worldwide.
The challenge wasn't just building a dashboard — it was building a dashboard that any Exertis subsidiary in any country could connect their data to and immediately see their own numbers. Tom designed the global Plug & Play BI architecture: a single QlikView framework with a standardised data model where each subsidiary's data source could be connected without rebuilding anything. The platform was later adopted by Exertis Sweden as their primary analytical infrastructure.

Branch performance
in the field, live.
Mobile BI application — real-time branch operations for engineers and managers in the field.
Pirtek engineers and branch managers needed operational data on the move — not a desktop report back at the office. Tom built the mobile QlikView application that brought live job status, delivery performance, SLA tracking and fleet utilisation directly to engineers' phones. Aggregating data from 30+ branches across the franchise network, it turned a weekly manual reporting process into a live mobile dashboard the field teams actually used.

Office occupancy,
mapped live across Europe.
Google Maps cluster dashboard — real-time centre occupancy across 12 countries, 247 locations.
Regus needed to understand occupancy across hundreds of flexible workspace centres in real time — not from last week's spreadsheet. Tom built the Power BI solution integrating live occupancy data into an interactive Google Maps cluster visualisation. Operations teams could instantly see geographic demand patterns, identify capacity clusters and spot underperforming centres at a glance — across 12 countries from a single screen.

Where the brand
meets the brief.
With a First Class Honours in Digital Marketing with Analytics and nine years at PayPal, eBay and Electronic Arts, Monika builds with both eyes open — one on aesthetics, one on performance.
Brand identities, websites, social campaigns and marketing strategies — every project starts with a clear brief and ends with something that works. Three case studies below show the range.
Encircle
Mental Health Platform
Be Inside the Circle.
Encircle is an online group therapy platform connecting people with qualified professionals for affordable, flexible mental health support. Monika built the full brand identity and digital presence — from visual system to website to social and paid ad campaigns.
The challenge was creating a brand that felt simultaneously safe, professional and modern — warm enough to invite people in, structured enough to build trust. The result: a cohesive identity spanning web, mobile, print and paid channels.
Green Flock
Vegetarian Restaurant Locator
Find. Scan. Eat Green.
Green Flock is a mobile app that helps users discover vegetarian restaurants nearby using augmented reality. Customers can scan their surroundings, collect rewards and leave a digital green sheep as their review — a playful, memorable take on ratings.
Monika delivered the full brand, app visual design, desktop website, social ad campaigns and Google search ads — building a brand that is both joyful and purposeful, with clear conversion goals at every touchpoint.
Hotel Booking
UX Case Study
Simple. Fast. Beautiful.
A UX case study taken all the way to a live, working website. The brief: redesign hotel booking to strip away every unnecessary step and create an experience that is visually stunning but frictionless — users should find and book in under a minute.
Monika handled full user research, wireframing, high-fidelity design and final front-end build. The outcome proved that simplicity and conversion are not opposites — they reinforce each other when the UX thinking is right.
